I won’t spoil the fun by telling you what they are (listen to the podcast if you haven’t done so already); I’ll just add one to their long list: always look beyond what you’re doing at the moment. For example, a networking engineer working anywhere near a Data Center environment should be very familiar with the server and storage technologies.
